BATTERY LID DEVICE OF CAMERA WITH WATERPROOF STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To improve a waterproof function and the efficiency of space arrangement, by engaging rotatably the 2nd battery lid which is supported slidably to the 1st battery lid which has a waterproof function, to the 1st battery lid. CONSTITUTION:A metallic body such as coil is placed in the coin groove 13a of the 2nd battery lid 13 to rotate the battery lid 13 clockwise by about 90 degrees, and then projection parts 13c and 13d come out of notch grooves 11b and 11c of a camera body 11 to press the battery lid 13 outwardly by a spring 17. A stopper 14 provided to its slide shaft 13b stops by abutting on the receiving surface 12d of the 1st battery lid 12, but the battery lid 12 is further drawn out together with the battery lid 13 to come out of a battery chamber 11a. Waterproofing is performed by O rings 18 and 19. Therefore, the battery lid 12 has the waterproofing function and the battery lid 13 has the locking function, so the waterproof structure is realized without requiring any extra space for storing =2 batterires.
