Method of producing a porous/capillary material having a high osmotic and capillary permeability, particularly in the form of flags, bricks, filters, etc. This new material is produced with mineral raw materials such as kaolinite. When the material is used for the construction of tennis courts, it has the form of flags or slabs of which the setting will be done on a levelled, compacted ground coated with a compacted layer of loamy sand to which a sole of a composite aggregate comprised of crushed stones hot-mixed with a bituminous emulsion will be adhered. An adhesive liquid neoprene layer will be sprayed on this sole, a neoprene sheet will be laid on that layer to support the flags.
