In a coupling for the rotatable and detachable connection of a connection socket 2, 3 to a suction tube 1, a bearing sleeve 5 is secured to the suction tube 1, which bearing sleeve 5 engages in a sliding manner in an adapted bearing bore 4. In order to obtain a simple construction here while permitting easy assembly and to avoid contact between the suction tube 1 and the connection socket 2, the bearing sleeve 5 is provided with an encircling peripheral groove 6 into which a split ring 7 provided with radial detents 8 is inserted.
