Preparation medicated for the treatment of carcinoma containing carcinoma cells, weakened by a cytostatic agent and method of manufacture of the preparation

Preparations for treating carcinomas are produced by selecting a cytostatic agent to which carcinoma cells are sensitive, incubating a cell culture with the agent to weaken but not kill the cells, and washing to remove the agent. The weakened cells are preferably separated by centrifuging before washing. The product may be frozen or lyophilized for storage.
