A plug-in spraying device has a one-piece component with a thin plate like head portion 3 on a stem 2 provided with a lower plug portion 8. An inclined slot 12 communicates with a bore 11 in the stem 2 and forms a nozzle for discharging a water spray. The slot 12 has a mouth just below the upper face 4 of the head portion 3 which is narrower in its central region 12'. The stem 2 also has a portion 6 of square cross-section which fits in a star-shaped opening in a locating member in any desired orientation. A nut engaged or a screw- threaded portion 7 of the stem 2 then clamps the stem 2 in position. IMAGE
