MARINE MINERAL MINING METHOD, MARINE MINERAL MINING DEVICE AND MARINE MINERAL MINING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marine mineral mining method, a marine mineral mining device and a marine mineral mining system capable of preventing or curbing dispersion of marine minerals mined under the sea.SOLUTION: A marine mineral mining system comprises: a mining mother vessel 1 on the sea SL as a seaborne mining base; mining stations 20 on the seabed SB; and a mineral pumping unit 4. In the system, a plurality of marine stations 20 function as subsea mining bases. Each marine station 20 has a plurality of mining devices 30. Each mining device 30 is adapted to construct a bottomed vertical hole by drilling a seafloor deposit and mine the marine minerals by turning the same into slurry in the vertical hole. The slurry marine minerals mined by each mining device 30 are transferred to the subsea mineral pumping unit 4 through a suction pipe 5. The mineral pumping unit 4 pumps the marine minerals to the mining mother vessel 1 through a mineral pumping pipe 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
