AUTOMATIC RESTARTING SYSTEM IN ACCUMULATION PROGRAM CONTROL SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To realize automatic restarting by transferring programs from a write inhibit area to an executable area at the time of execution of programs and by reading emergency control programs stored in an external I/O device in the executable area of a main memory device when an operation cannot be executed. CONSTITUTION:Emergency control programs PB stored in a write inhibit area MMP of a main memory device MM are compared with those PF read out periodically from a magnetic tape device MT in a central controller CC, which reads the programs PB stored in the area MMP of the device MM in an executable area of a writable area of the device MM in case of emergency operation. These programs are executed as an emergency control program PA, and automatic restarting operaion is performed. When reading of the program or the execution after the reading is not carried out normally, the device CC reads the program PF in the executable area of the device MM through the device MT, and automatic restarting operation is carried out.
