The present invention relates to new compounds of the formula I CHEM as well as their preparation, pharmaceutical preparations containing same, and method of treating acute myocardial infarction. The compounds which possess beta-adrenoceptor blocking activity are very shortacting and are intended for treatment of acute myocardial infarction by administration by means of injection.
