A pressurized can containing material to be dispensed by evaporation is inserted into a case and secured by latches. An actuator assembly comprises an annular solenoid surrounding tube, which is pressed by a plunger on the can valve when the solenoid is energized. The shaft tube has a nozzle tube extending toward the opening of an annular electrical heating device comprising a perforated disc. Material from the can is released automatically by energizing the solenoid at selected time intervals for a pre-set duration.
