The invention relates to a cable (1) according to patent (Patent Application P 3234246.2), having a plurality of closely packed steel tension bars (3, 4) which are received in an enveloping tube (2) and of which the interspaces relative to one another and relative to the enveloping tube (2) are grouted with cement paste (8). In order to make it easier to assemble a cable of this type on the spot, it is proposed to combine the bars (3, 4) in bundles of seven (B3, B4), each with a central bar (3z) and, grouped round this, either six threaded bars (3) or six smooth bars (4). The bundles of seven are closely packed, in such a way that bundles (B3) having outer threaded bars (3) do not lie against one another. The individual bundles of seven (B3, B4) can be produced in the desired cable length at the manufacturing plant and be delivered, rolled up into trusses, to the building site. IMAGE
