PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide primarily such a pre-stressed concrete that is less in change of physical characteristics by preventing cracks and powdering of the grout materials from occurring which are provided in a way to surround the steel materials which provide pre-stress and its manufacturing method as well as cables for a cable-stayed bridge and its manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: The cable-stayed bridge is constituted of are reinforcement which is assembled in a given shape, concrete which is provided in a way that covers a tubular sheathe installed in a specified position of the reinforcement, PC steel materials which are arranged in the same sheathe, grout which is filled in the same sheathe, and grout materials which are filled inside the same sheathe. It also gets the same PC steel materials strain, and then after the same grout materials have gotten hardened, it provides the same grout materials with pre-stress using adhesion between the same grout materials and PC steel materials.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
