The invention relates to a method and to a device for connecting a secondary flexible sheath onto a primary flexible sheath of a greater diameter. The device is characterised in that it comprises: a rigid tubular part 1 provided with a flange 2, the said flange producing the retention of the said part, as soon as this flange has been made to pass through an opening 3 made in the wall of the primary flexible sheath A; the rigid tubular part receiving, moreover, on its lateral surface, the secondary flexible sheath B; a tightening crown 4 producing, both the tightening of the tubular part 1 on the said primary sheath A and the tightening of the said secondary sheath on the said rigid tubular part 1.
