PURPOSE:To produce a cup product with dividing type shaft of simple assembly in a high yield with less manhour by forging both blanks for shaft shaped and cup shaped components together with containing them in a die and by forming respectively both blanks. CONSTITUTION:The blank 14 for shaft shaped component and blank 15 for cup shaped component are contained with overlapping in a press die and then forged the both blanks 14, 15 together. Namely a shaft part 6 is first formed with pressing from the periphery of the blank 5. A flange part 7 is then formed with pressing from the upper part and punched strongly from the upper part by a punch, also with pressing from the periphery a cup part 8 is formed. A bolt hole 10 is formed with piercing a hole 9 on the flange part 7 and punching the hole 9 in succession. A detachable cup shaped component 2 and shaft shaped component 3 is thus produced. Both components 2, 3 are separated thereafter and the shaft part 6, etc. are finished by a proper machining. A driving type cup product 1 with shaft is completed with connecting both components 2, 3 by using a bolt 11 finally.
