B-LYMPHOCYTE STRAIN ORIGINATED FROM BLOOM SYNDROME PATIENT HAVING COMMON CANCER ANTIGEN

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a B-lymphocyte strain having normal strain type and originated from a Bloom syndrome patient having common cancer antigen, by sensitizing and establishing the lymphocyte of a complete remission Bloom syndrome patient from malignant tumor with EB virus. CONSTITUTION:The lymphocyte of a complete remission Bloom syndrome patient from malignant tumor is sensitized and established with EB virus to obtain the objective lymphocyte strain having normal strain type, originated from a Bloom syndrome patient having common cancer antigen, positive to immunoglobulin IgA, k, lambda to cytoplasm and the surface of cell membrane and exhibiting normal daughter chromosome exchange frequency. In the sensitization with EB virus, the use of a cell group rich in B cell after the removal of T cell as far as possible is preferred to the mixture of B and T lymphocytes separated by the ficoll pack solution.
