The containing here means that the skin paste of domestic fowl and the sauce are attached to the meat of domestic fowl when the meat of domestic fowl is in a solid state, and the meat of domestic fowl is blended with the skin paste of the domestic fowl and the sauce when the meat of domestic fowl is in a pasty state. The amount of the skin paste of domestic fowl used is 5-40pts.wt., preferably 10-20pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. total raw materials. When the amount of the skin paste of domestic animal is too small, the flavor of product is lessened, and when it is too large, scorching will occur during the following roasting or heating.
