PURPOSE:To obtain a grilled chicken-like food having characteristic flavor of grilled chicken and durability of flavor, by heating meat of domestic fowl containing sauce with sugar and skin paste of domestic fowl. CONSTITUTION:Meat of domestic fowl containing sauce with sugar and skin paste of domestic fowl is heated, to give a grilled chicken-like food. The containing here means that the skin paste of domestic fowl and the sauce are attached to the meat of domestic fowl when the meat of domestic fowl is in a solid state, and the meat of domestic fowl is blended with the skin paste of the domestic fowl and the sauce when the meat of domestic fowl is in a pasty state. The amount of the skin paste of domestic fowl used is 5-40pts.wt., preferably 10-20pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. total raw materials. When the amount of the skin paste of domestic animal is too small, the flavor of product is lessened, and when it is too large, scorching will occur during the following roasting or heating.
