SLEWING ENERGY RECOVERY REUTILIZING DEVICE FOR SLEWING TYPE CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY

PURPOSE:To effectively utilize slewing energy and to improve control properties of slewing, by a method wherein a relief loss pressure produced during the starting and deceleration of a slewing motor is accumulated in a pressure accumulator. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic pump 4 for slewing is communicated with a slewing motor 16 through a switching valve 19, and a pressure accumulator 18 is communicated with the downstream side of the switching valve 19. Meanwhile, a hydraulic pump 5 for control feed pressure oil to a slewing control device 21, and feeds pressure oil to the hydraulic pump 4 for slewing and a control cylinder for the slewing motor 16. A control cylinder 9 of the hydraulic pump 4 for slewing is communicated with the hydraulic pump 5 for control through a relief cut valve 11 and a servo regulator 12. The servo regulator 12, the relief cut valve 11, the switching valve 19, and a servo regulator 17 for slewing motor are controlled by a slewing control device 21.
