PURPOSE:To sanitarily treat water, by mounting a wt. and a weir, both of which are mounted in a freely detachable manner, to a hollow float floatable in water. CONSTITUTION:A hollow body 10 is floated in water A so as to flooding water from the upper edge of a weir 13 while the wt. of a wt. 17 is regulated. The supernatant of sewage flowed in a sedimentation and separation chamber 5 is flooded from the weir 13 to be flowed to a flexible pipe 12 along an inclined surface 14 through a bottom hole 11 and flowed in a treatment chamber 7 from an inflow pipe 18. because the hollow float 10 is apt to float in the same state to the surface of water regardless of the level of water A, the relation between the hollow float and the surface of water is kept same. Therefore, the amount of water per a unit time flooding the weir 13 is always same and water is always supplied to the treatment chamber in the same state.
