PURPOSE:To realize large pouring amount of hot-water without enlarging the capacity of a tap-controlled water heater by composing the bath boiler, constituting a heat exchanger, and the tap-controlled water heater. CONSTITUTION:The tap-controlled water heater 2 is separated from the bath boiler 3 in the automatic hot-water supplying bath boiler 1 by the bulkhead 27 while an electric controller 39 is accommodated in the bath boiler 1. When an automatic operation switch is put ON, water is flowed from a water supplying circuit 35 and the electric controller 39 is operated to ignite a burner 25 for the tap-controlled water heater. After the ignition, hot-water, which absorbs heat by heat absorbing fins 7, is joined with water in a bypass pipe 41 and the flow amount thereof is enlarged while the joined flow of the hot-water is sent through a hot-water pouring solenoid valve 13, at one end of a hot-water supplying pipe 10, a hot-water pouring pipe 14, a hopper 24, a rise-up pipe 23, a boiler 21 for outlet water and a heat transfer tube 20 sequentially. In this case, the hot-water is heated again in the heat transfer tube 20 and is poured into a bathtub from a circulation inlet pipe 15 through an intermediate boiler section 18, a rectangular tube 17 and an inlet water boiler section 16, since the burner 26 for bath boiler is being ignited.
