PURPOSE:To smoothly transmit power to enhance the treading characteristic of a powered carrier vehicle in an off-road area, by associatingly establishing a coupling between a left output shaft and a right input section and a coupling between a right output shaft and a left input section through coupling shafts. CONSTITUTION:Left and right final casings 4, 4' which are disposed on the left and right lateral surfaces of a mission casing 3 are associatingly coupled to coupling mechanisms 7, 7' incorporated in left and right casings 6, 6' through left and right inclined coupling shafts 5, 5'. Left and right output shafts 11, 11' are associatingly coupled with left and right input shafts 14, 14' through the left and right inclined shafts 5, 5' which are arranged in a crossing condition, and further, the output shaft 11, 11' and the input shafts 14, 14' are in parallel with each other while the length of the shafts 5, 5' may be made longer than that in an X-like arrangement so that the crossing angle of power transmission may be made less, thereby it is possible to smoothly run the vehicle with no pulsation in power transmission.
