The strains comprise a mutation of the regulon pho in the pho (STU) region, and particularly a mutation of the pho S and/or pst B type and are transformed by a recombined plasmide having an ADN fragment of E. coli corresponding to the region of the minute 8.5 of the genetic map, including the gene having the structure pho A, as well as a system participating to the excretion of the alkaline phosphatase.
