PURPOSE:To generate a motive power, by keeping a constant distance between magnets to move steel plate shutters, and by generating an attracting force and a repulsing force between permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION:A constant distance is kept between stationary magnets 9, and in the left and right directions, steel sheet shutters 11, 12 are fitted on a rotary shaft 1. Movable magnets 8 are arranged confronted with the stationary magnets 9. When the steel sheet shutters 11, 12 are rotated, then an attracting force and a repulsing force are generated between the stationary magnets 9 and the movable magnets 8, and a rotor 2 is rotated. The piston shutter is called 'pister'.
