The method comprises (i) vaccuum depositing Co (20%)-Ni alloy onto a base film (8) in a vacuum chamber (2), (ii) heating one side of the base film (8) running in contact with the surface of a drum heater (4) at 60-100 deg.C in the chamber (2), and (iii) applying steam onto the other side of base film (8) to prevent curling for oxide coating.
