A trolley, according to the invention, comprising a chassis 1 having the general shape of a U whose arms 1a, 1b are parallel to one another and carry an axle 1d at their lower part, at the ends of which axle wheels 3 are mounted so as to rotate freely, and to which chassis a receptacle 2, 21 is fixed for containing objects, is characterised in that the arms 1a, 1b of the chassis 1 are connected to one another by a brace 1e parallel and close to the said axle 1d, and in that the receptacle 2, 21 is mounted in a removable fashion on the said chassis 1 and comprises, under its base, at least one hook-shaped member 14 which partially and closely surrounds the brace 1e so as to be engaged around the same, the receptacle 2, 21 further comprising means for fixing it to the arms 1a, 1b of the chassis for the purpose of securing it to the latter.
