PURPOSE:To simplify the construction by providing a press member bearing against the upper surface of a plate-like valve body provided in an exhaust port to be operated according to the rotational speed of an engine. CONSTITUTION:An end of a plate-like valve body 9 is secured fixedly to the upper inner surface of an exhaust path 5 by a set screw 10. The free end of valve body 9 adjacent an exhaust port 5a is made of an elastic material. A cam shaft 13 bears against the upper surface of valve body 9 and is operated according to the rotational speed of an engine. Thus, a spring and a swing shaft are dispensed with to simplify the construction.
