PURPOSE:To cope with the increase in the service area simply by adding and sending an identification signal to a selection signal to be connected to a prescribed electric communication line when a toll number in the selection signal is coincident with a prescribed toll number to be revised based on an external control tone signal. CONSTITUTION:The 1st storage means ROM 5 storing toll number information and the 2nd storage means RAM 6 having plural storage areas corresponding to each toll number information in the 1st storage means and storing the information whether or not the toll number corresponding to each of plural storage areas is an applied toll number, are provided. Then the information in the plural storage areas in the 2nd storage means RAM 6 is revised based on an external tone signal. Moreover, whether or not the toll number in the selection signal from the generating means is coincident with the applied toll number is discriminated by the information in the 1st storage means ROM 5 and the 2nd storage means RAM 6, and when the result is coincident, the identification signal to be connected to a prescribed electric communication line is added to the selection signal and sent.
