PURPOSE:To allow the titled device to have only to dial an opposite subscriber number simply when a subscriber to two electric communication enterprises makes a phone call by applying redialing when a timeout signal is inputted on the way of dialing. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with the 1st storage means ROM 5 storing a toll number, the 2nd storage means RAM 6 storing a selection signal from a generating means, a discrimination means discriminating whether or not the toll number in the selection signal from the generating means is coincident with the information in the 1st storage means ROM 5, a means adding an identification signal to be connected to a prescribed electric communication line to the selection signal and storing the result into the 2nd storage means RAM 6 in case of the coincidence, and a means controlling the dial means to apply redialing when a timeout signal is inputted on the way of the selection signal generation by the generation means, are provided. Thus, even if the timeout signal is generated (inputted), redialing from the start is not required.
