摘要

PURPOSE:To easily perform the fractional quantification of the amylase derived from the pancreas and the amylase derived from a salivary gland, by using a novel monoclonal antibody specifically reacting with human pancreatic amylase. CONSTITUTION:A hybridoma is formed between the antibody producing cell of a mouse immunized with human pancreatic amylase and the myeloma cell of the mouse and cultured. An anti-human pancreatic amylase monoclonal antibody is sampled from this cultured substance. This anti-human pancreatic amylase monoclonal antibody has specificity to human pancreatic amylase. Therefore, by using this monoclonal antibody, the amylase occurring from the pancreas can be fractionally quantified with respect to the amylase occurring from a salivary gland.
