HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR ACTIVE TYPE VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE

PURPOSE:To contrive reduction of costs, by connecting in parallel a small hydraulic system pump connected to a constantly operating small electric motor, a large hydraulic system pump connected to a large electric motor and an accumulator, and by having the large hydraulic system pump started when vibration amplifies. CONSTITUTION:A small hydraulic system pump connected to a small electric motor, a large hydraulic system pump connected to a large electric motor and an accumulator are arranged in parallel, and the large hydraulic system pump is equipped with a pressure regulating valve which actuates by a pressure sensing instrument. At ordinary time, only the small hydraulic system pump is operated and oil pressure necessary at an initial period of an earthquake is stored thereby in the accumulator. When vibration sensors 1 and 2 sense a vibration of the building, control signals are transmitted from a control signal generating circuit respectively to a servo valve and a power source to move added mass MAD, and at the same time, to start the large hydraulic system pump and to make the pressure legulating valve regulates load. Consequently, running coat of the vibration control device can be reduced.
