MARTENSITIC STAINLESS CAST STEEL WITH HIGH CORROSION RESISTANCE

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent stress corrosion cracking in water at high temp. and pressure by adding prescribed percentages of C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni and Mo to Fe. CONSTITUTION:This martensitic stainless cast steel consists of, by weight, 0.02- 0.07% C, =0.4% Si, =0.8% Mn (Si+1/2Mn=0.4%), 11-15% Cr, 3-6% Ni, =2.6% Mo and the balance Fe. Stress corrosion cracking of the steel is prevented even in water at high temp. and pressure, and corrosion fatigue caused by corrosion damage is also prevented.
