Device for stacking laminated iron cores for transformers and inductor coils

Stops (7, 8, 9, 11) which are adjustable in the vertical and horizontal directions are normally provided in such devices for guiding the cores, which are composed of a large number of individual laminates. Guides which have been normal until now frequently require cross-sectional changes on the iron core to be stacked or act on parts of the individual laminates which can be damaged by small mechanical stresses. According to the invention, a combination of stops (7, 8, 9, 11), composed of pulling bolts (7), rigidly guided stops (8, 9) and stops (11) supported by loose spreading elements (10) is thus provided. A device having this combination of stops is particularly suitable for stacking iron cores for large transformers having core weights up to several hundred tonnes. IMAGE
