PURPOSE:To make possible to readily prepare noodles with small and simple structure and in low cost by performing mixing and extruding with positive and reverse revolution of screw installed in hollow container. CONSTITUTION:Suitable amount of material composed of wheat flour mixed with salt water, etc., is fed into hopper, a material-pushing bar 27 is inserted into the hopper and a top end of said bar is fixed to the hopper at a position corresponding to opening end of hollow container 11. Then, screw 22 is positively revolved by driving motor 3. The material is transferred to right side in the figure by screw flight 24 and applied gradually increasing compression force because pitch of the screw flight 24 gradually becomes smaller with advancing to end wall, thus compression and relaxation are successively risen and the material is sufficiently blended. Thereafter, a flexible tongue 30 is projected in conveying path of the screw flight and the screw flight is reversely revolved by the driving motor 3, then the dough is extruded from nozzle 19a in a nozzle plate 19 having multi holes with being compressed and shaped to raw noodle of string-like.
