SENSING DEVICE FED WITH MINUTE POWER OPTICALLY AND METHOD OF DETECTING A PLURALITY OF PARAMETERS

PURPOSE: To enable the sensor device to operate through only one optical fiber by sending sufficient light power to a detection end through a sensor, a relative electronic device which includes a multiplexing device for various sensors, and through one optical fiber so as to appropriately actuate the sensor and the electronic devices. CONSTITUTION: A power means 11 sends a light timing signal and light power to a converting means 17 through the optical fiber 16. The converting means 17 converts the light signal and light power into an electric signal and electric power. The electric power from the converting means 17 supplies all necessary electric power to an interface means, a converting means 23 and a sensor means 25. An interface means 21 takes a timing signal out of the converting means 17. The interface means 21 supplies the sensor means 25 and converting means 23 with signals needed for logical timing, multiplexing, and amplification. The sensor means 25 is composed of all sensor devices for supplying parameter information. The information is processed by the interface means 21 and changed into a proper time base signal.
