PURPOSE: A minute particle detecting device is provided to detecting scattered lights caused by minute particles in which spill lights is maximally excluded by controlling a focus of lights irradiated on the minute particles to be arranged between an intake unit and a beam blocking unit.;CONSTITUTION: A minute particle detecting device(100) comprises an optical element, a collecting optical system, a particle flow path, a beam blocking unit(140), a condensing lens, and a detector. The collecting optical system arranged in a direction where lights emitted from the optimal element are progressed, thereby collecting the lights. The particle flow path is arranged in a direction where lights penetrated through the collecting optical system are progressed and formed to be crossed the lights. The beam blocking unit secludes lights penetrated through the particle flow path. The condensing lens is arranged in the rear part of the beam blocking unit. The detector is arranged in the rear part of the condensing lens, thereby detecting lights scattered by the particles. A focus formed by the optical element and collecting optical system is arranged in the rear part of the particle flow path.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
