CULTURE OF SHIITAKE MUSHROOM WITH TRANSFERRING CAR IN CULTURING FACILITY HAVING NOURISHING CHAMBER AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To make possible to generate SHIITAKE mushroom of stable, good quality by nourishing SHIITAKE fungus in bed log, dipping in water trough, transferring, paralleling in row in rack installed in nourishing chamber and performing generation and collection of fruit body. CONSTITUTION:Spawn is inoculated into bed log and said bed log is piled up in suitable block in nourishing chamber 10. The bed log is suitably sprayed by spraying device and stood for fixed days. The mushroom fungus spreads in the bed log and formation of primordium is completed. The bed log in which preparation of generation is finished is transferred to preparing operation chamber 9 by transferring car 6 and dipped in fixed water trough W. After fixed operation, the bed log is transferred to culturing chamber 11 of next process by the transferring car 6. The bed log after finishing of nourishment is sent to culturing rack installed in the culturing chamber 11. Fruit body of SHIITAKE is generated and grown, thus made possible to be collected in said culturing chamber. The bed log finished of collection is transferred to the nourishing chamber 10 again by the transferring car 6.
