摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically obtain a fused mushroom by mass-producing the fused mushroom of matsutake fungus (Tricholoma matsutake) and shiitake fungus. (dentinus edodes). SOLUTION: This fused mushroom of matsutake fungus and shiitake fungus is obtained by mix-inoculating the matsutake fungus and shiitake fungus to a necessary culture medium in a necessary ratio. The culture method for this fused mushroom is mixing white clay and humus soil to the sawdust of broad leaf trees, making this medium include vitamin, mineral, sugar, etc., and mixing a small amount of slaked lime therewith to sterilize and process it to make the culture medium. Powery matsutake fungus and shiitake fungus are mix- inoculated to this culture medium in the prescribed ratio and a room temperature is kept at 15 deg.C to 25 deg.C. After the culture medium is covered with white hyphae, projecting and recessing parts are generated on the surface of the culture medium, and the surface of the culture medium is colored to be dark brown by further culturing, the room temperature is raised by less than about 5 deg.C compared with the room temperature but to be lower than 28 deg.C to further grow the mushrooms for the necessary number of days. As the result of this culture, mushroom primordium is formed on the surface of the culture medium. The culture medium is washed by water and then moved to a hypha culture place and the room temperature is adjusted to 12 deg.C to 20 deg.C. As a result, mushrooms are grown by breaking pellicles from the surface of the culture medium after several days.
