The tension belt (1) encompasses a long object, and at one end has a holder (2). At its other end is a tension shaft (3) which fits into the holder to wind in the belt. The tension shaft has stop teeth (32) which work in conjunction with a stop spring (4) fitted on the holder (2). This spring prevents rotation of the tension shaft in the direction for unrolling the belt, but permits rotation in the opposite direction.
