A sealed torque transmission assembly comprises a casing with wall portions having a drive shaft opening and a driven shaft opening aligned with them and a drive a shaft having an eccentric portion and rotatably mounted in a fluid-tight manner in the casing for rotation about a first axis and extending through the drive shaft opening with the eccentric portion within the casing, the eccentric portion extending along a second axis which is parallel with the first axis. An externally toothed driving gear is mounted coaxially on the eccentric portion of the drive shaft for relative rotation with it about the second axis. A flexible bellows encloses the portion of the drive shaft within the casing and is sealed in a fluid tight manner at one end to the casing and at the other end to the externally toothed driving gear, and an anti-rotation sleeve around the portion of the drive shaft is within the casing.
