SECURITY THREAD FOR PAPER MONEY AND SECURITIES

Security thread for protecting forgery or inserting on a special purpose, is inserted to the paper of paper-money or securities in paper making process. On polyester film for printing security thread, dark color printing layer (2), outer fluorescent substance coating layer (4) and masking printing layer between (2) and (4) are formed. The layer (3) is formed by ink via the process of dissolving P.V.A(10-15%) in water (60-70 C), mixing ethanoe (35-40%) to this solution, adding TiO2(12-20%) and softening it more than 24 hours.
