PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition useful as an excellent water- repellent and oil-repellent agent and an excellent mold release agent by compounding a fluorosilicone polymer comprising a fluorosilicone oil and a fluorosilicone copolymer with a specific fluoroacrylate polymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is obtained by compounding (A) a fluorosilicone polymer comprising (i) a fluorosilicone oil of formula I (Rf is 1-21C perfluoroalkyl; m and n are satisfied with an equation of n/n+m=0.1) and (ii) at least two kinds of compounds of formulas II and III (R1f is the same as Rf; n, m and l are satisfied with the inequalities of 1=n=3 and 1=m+l=3) and SiO2 and (B) a fluoroacrylate polymer comprising the homopolymer or copolymer of one kind or more of polymerizable compounds each having a perfluoroalkyl group and acrylic acid or methacrylic acid group or the copolymer of at least one of the above polymerizable compounds and a copolymerizable compound therewith in a weight ratio of 95/5 to 5/95.
