PURPOSE:To prevent the slip-off in pulling and permit the easy demounting by tightening a pair of pressing pieces applied on the over-knee part of a femur part by the pulling of a pulling string. CONSTITUTION:An articulatio coxal pulling device is constituted of a pulling string 14 and pressing pieces having a pair of insertion metal fittings 15 and 16 and a pair of stop metal fittings 17 and 18. When the pulling string 14 part of a loop which is constituted of the pulling string 14 and one pressing piece 6 is pulled, the pulling string 14 set between one insertion metal fitting 15 of the pressing piece 6 and the stop metal fitting 17 is made short, and since the part is laying-fitted with other pressing piece 7, the distance between both the pressing pieces 6 and 7 is contracted. Similarly, the pulling string between the other insertion metal fitting 16 of one pressing piece 6 and the stop metal fitting 18 is shortened by pulling, and the distance between both the pressing pieces 6 and 7 is contracted. Since a pair of pressing pieces 6 and 7 tightens the over-knee part of a femur part, the shift of the installation fitting from the over-knee part is prevented. Further, since also the tightening force is weakened when the pulling force is weakened, demounting is made simple.
