PURPOSE: To prevent a deformation due to an internal stress by molding at least two repeated strips in the state of bringing into contact without superposing edges, disposing it, deviating and molding seams of formed first and second layer strips, then adhering them, thereby excluding a protrusion and recess part due to brittle generatices and a superposition of the strips and obtaining a complete airtightness. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a tubular packaging article body comprises the steps of feeding at least two strips for constituting components 2, 3 of a first layer of a body, molding and disposing them in an adjacent state without superposing, and corresponding a wheel of widths of the strips to a length of a peripheral edge of the body. Then, the method further comprises the steps of feeding at least two strips for constituting components 4, 5 of a second layer, deviating and molding a seam of the strips adjacent thereto without superposing from a seam 6 of the strips for constituting the components 2, 3, disposing on the first layer by adhering, and corresponding a sum of the widths of the respective strips for constituting the second layer to a length of the peripheral edge of the body 1.
