PURPOSE:To provide possibility of judging healthiness even at home by subjecting the results from diagnostic queries obtained by a diagnostic questioning means and the living body information given by a living body information sensing means to certain applicable rules, and outputting the healthiness presumed by a healthiness presuming means which judges the healthiness through fuzzy presumption. CONSTITUTION:Beside a water closet 1, a cough 4 for pressure measurement is installed, and a blood pressure measurement processing part 9 decides the max. and min. blood pressure values on the basis of pulsed wave signals given by a pulsed wave sensor fitted on the cough 4, and the output therefrom is fed to an MPU 11. The MPU 11 is equipped with a function to perform diagnostic queries while controlling a display/input panel 5, a function to calculate variation of the max. blood pressure value, and a function to presume the healthiness from the diagnostic results, the max. blood pressure value, and its variation. A person to be inspected seats himself on a closed seat 1, inserts his middle finger of left hand into the cough 4, and passes urine, and now the body temp. is measured, and the cough 4 is pressurized followed by measurement of the max. and min. blood pressure values. Meantime diagnostic queries are conducted on a display 6, and the key corresponding to the applicable symptom is pushed. Another MPU 10 calculates the difference of the max. blood pressure value measured at this time from the previous measurement, and judges the healthiness presumatively.
