The game has a prismatic body (2) with letters, or pictures on its surfaces (2A,2B). It pivots on a support (1) and is moved by a push button (3) so that successive surfaces are on top. The support has a base and an upright which guides the push button. The button is hollow and is connected to a folded part which forms a spring. A hollow cylindrical part, extending horizontally from the upright, forms an axle for the body. An elastic clip in the button engages with projections on a disc on the body to rotate it.
