100%. Angora rabbit hairs are spun through opening, oiling, blending, carding, spinning, etc. Before opening process, impurities contained in raw hairs are removed by strong air flow inside the duct. The purified raw hairs are crimped by treatment with trichloroethylene in oiling process. The crimped hairs are mixed for the purpose of dispersing oil uniformly. Then the fiber mass undergoes carding process to remove scraps. Broad band feed process which comprises divider and escape preventing roller follows. The 100% pure angora spun fibers are made through ring spinning, heating and winding process which follow the above mentioned previous processes.
