Caffeine-free chocolate-coffee sweets are made using selected amts. of the following ingredients; decaffeinated coffee; sugar/sweeteners; milk prods. including skimmed milk, whole milk, cream and/or milk substances of plant origin; cocoa or chocolate; flavourings; and opt. other additives such as spices, chopped almonds, etc. USE/ADVANTAGE - A wide range of coffee flavoured chocolate candies can be prepd., e.g. in the form of fillings, whole sweets or coverings. The prods. are useful for people who want to experience the taste of coffee without having to brew coffee or to carry a vacuum flask. The prods. are caffeine-free and therefore non-injurious to the health, and can be made suitable for consumption by children, diabetics, etc.
