PURPOSE:To manufacture a high speed steel sintered product having high quality by mixing and kneading high speed steel alloy powder and binder and executing extrusion-molding with a compacting nozzle in heating. To the high speed steel alloy powder for cutting tool steel, the extrusion-molding is executed as straight line state or coil state. The extrusion-molding body is heated in the inert gas or reducing gas atmosphere to remove the binder and this is heated in the vacuum or reducing gas or inert gas atmosphere to execute sintering. By this method, the compact product is easily manufactured at high productivity.
