PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of safely manufacturing In-Se alloy powder, sintered In-Se alloy, Ga-Se alloy powder, sintered Ga-Se alloy, In-Ga-Se alloy powder, sintered In-Ga-Se alloy, Cu-In-Ga-Se alloy powder, and sintered Cu-In-Ga-Se alloy.SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing In-Se alloy powder, mixed powder of In and Se is produced by mixing In powder and Se powder. The mixed powder of In and Se is sequentially supplied to a heating part heated equal to or beyond melting points of In and Se. Since the mixed powder of In and Se is sequentially supplied to the heating part, heat generated by an alloying reaction of In and Se contained in the part is radiated before next mixed powder of In and Se is supplied. Then, the heat accompanied with the alloying reaction of the In and Se is prevented from generating explosively, and the In-Se alloy powder can be safely manufactured.
