PURPOSE:To prevent damage based on collision of magnetic poles and energy loss based on an excessive void by facing a magnetic pole part with a 1st core making a pair of it on the outer periphery of the ladle in the diametral direction. CONSTITUTION:Each of 1st cores 6a, 6x making a vertical pair is installed on the cylindrical part 3a of a ladle 1 and face magnetic pole parts 11a, 11y at both ends of a 2nd core through a clearance in the diametral direction. When the ladle 1 approaches a mount base in the vertical direction and mounted on it, the restriction for a relative positional relation in the vertical direction and a possibility of collision with the magnetic pole parts 11a, 11y are reduced and an excessive clearance does not occur. The 2nd core 11y takes a simple shape having magnetic pole parts 11a, 11b slightly projecting at both ends of an I-shaped part in the diametral direction, does not need a useless magnetic path like an L shape but takes a simple shape.
