PURPOSE:To accurately perform peripheral sewing with the circular hole of a boss part in a concentric circle by driving rotatably upper and lower rotary panels synchronizing with the driving of a sewing needle by a motor, and performing delivery driving under the needle by conforming the rotational center of both rotary panels to that of multiple-integrated circular parts. CONSTITUTION:When a centering tapered panel 26 is descended on a centering jig 27, the tapered peripheral wall 29 of the centering jig 27 is slid with the tapered inner wall 30 of the tapered panel 26, and is moved slidably to a stable position on the rotary panel 18, and centering is performed by moving the circular parts 1, 2 extrapolating the circular hole 4 to the centering jig 27 simultaneously. The shaft centers of the rotary shafts of the rotary panels 18, 38 and that of the circular parts 1, 2 are driven coincidentally by descending the upper rotary panel 38 on the circular parts 1, 2 placed on the lower rotary panel 18 from such state and sandwiching and driving rotatably it. Thereby, when the sewing of a peripheral part is performed with a sewing machine, the concentric circle of seam with the circular hole 4 of the boss part 3 sewn in a center part in advance can be accurately attained.
