METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ELIMINATING SEDIMENT IN HOT SPRING BATHTUB

PURPOSE:To eliminate sediment without using an input by providing an outflow hole on a gradient downstream position on the bottom face of a bathtub, allowing the hot spring of the quantity corresponding to a part of the overflow quantity to flow out of the outflow hole on the bottom face together with an overflow from the upper face, and discharging the sediment together with an overflow hot spring. CONSTITUTION:In a gradient downstream position on the bathtub bottom of the opposite side to an inflow port 2, a drain hole 5, a drain plug 6 fitted therein, and a drain tube 7 communicating therewith are connected. This drain plug 6 consists of the whole plug 8 and a middle plug 9. In the whole plug 8, an annular recessed part 10 is in the center part of the upper face, and in this recessed part 10, a slot 11 for an outflow curved in a circular arc shape, and a pair of opposed slots 12, 12 for a guide are pierced, and in the center, a hook 1.5 is provided projectingly. The middle plug 9 consists of dimensions to be fitted to the recessed part 10 of the whole plug 8, and in a position opposed to the slot 11 of the whole plug 8, a slot 11 for the outflow of the same dimensions is pierced.
